Prom work is one of our busiest seasons, and parents book us again for the next child in the family.

- Almost twenty years hiring out party buses and limousines in the area
- Family-run: you speak to the people who run the fleet
- Professional chauffeurs with strong Bristol local knowledge
- Well-maintained vehicles, cleaned before every booking
- Photo time at the pick-up, drop at the venue door

What you are booking
## Prom transport parents can actually rely on
Prom night has two audiences. For the students, the arrival is the event, the vehicle, the music, the moment they step out in front of everyone. For parents, it is a logistics and safety question: who is driving, what time, is the group together, and how do they get home. Prom transport has to satisfy both, and that is what we build every prom booking around.

We run sixteen-seat party buses and stretch limousines for prom groups. Both are chauffeur-driven, both collect from a house, and both drop directly at the prom venue door. Our chauffeurs regularly arrive early so photographs can be taken on the drive before the group sets off, for most families that ten minutes is the part that ends up framed.

The booking is made with the parent or the school organiser, not the students. That means one adult contact, agreed timings, an agreed route and agreed ground rules, all confirmed before the night rather than negotiated on the doorstep.

### Who books this

- Parents organising transport for a Year 11 or Year 13 prom
- Groups of eight to sixteen students travelling together
- Families who want a return journey booked, not improvised

- Students who want the arrival photographed properlyCheck your date

Leave it too late and
## Prom season sells out earlier than any other date in our diary
Prom nights across Bristol land in the same few weeks in June and July, and most schools in the city hold theirs on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday within that window. That means dozens of groups chasing the same limited number of sixteen-seat vehicles on the same handful of evenings. Groups who ring in May are frequently too late for the vehicle they wanted.

When prom transport falls through, the fallback is parents ferrying carloads in shifts, or students in taxis. Both split the group, both mean some arrive before others, and both take the shine off an arrival the students have talked about for months. Worse, the journey home becomes an unplanned scramble at the end of the night, which is the part parents worry about most.

### Waiting for the group to organise itself
Sixteen students rarely agree in time. One parent booking early secures the vehicle, and the group joins in around it.

### Only booking the outbound leg
Getting there is the easy half. Book the collection at the same time and the end of the night is already solved.

### Not agreeing the rules up front
We set out expectations with the parent or organiser in advance, so the driver never has to have that conversation on the night.

Our process
## How a prom booking works

- 01
### Parent enquiry
One adult contacts us with the prom date, the venue, the pick-up address and the number of students.

- 02
### Vehicle and rules agreed
We confirm which party bus or limousine is free, and agree the ground rules for an under-eighteen booking.

- 03
### Timings confirmed
We set the pick-up time to allow for photographs and a door drop at the venue, and hold the vehicle for the date.

- 04
### Prom night
The chauffeur arrives in good time, photographs happen on the drive, and the group is driven to the venue door.

- 05
### Safe return
Where the return is booked, we are waiting at the agreed time and take the group back to the agreed address.

What you get
## Why parents and students both back this

### The arrival they wanted
A sixteen-seat party bus or a stretch limousine pulling up at the venue door is the entrance students remember and photograph.

### Photographs before they go
Our chauffeurs regularly arrive early so parents get the pictures on the drive without anybody being rushed.

### One adult in charge of the plan
The booking, timings and route are agreed with a parent or organiser, so nothing depends on a group chat.

### A professional chauffeur, there and back
No parent taxi rota, no students in unbooked cabs, and a driver who has done prom nights before.

### The group travels as one
Everyone leaves together and arrives together, which is the whole point of the arrival in the first place.

### Their music on the way
Students connect their own playlists, one group arrived and disembarked to the Star Wars theme, and it made their night.

In detail
## Prom transport in Bristol, in detail

### Party bus or limousine for a prom?
Both work, and the choice usually reflects the group. A sixteen-seat party bus gives students lighting, sound and space to stand up on the way, which suits a big mixed group who want the journey to be part of the night. A stretch limousine, pink, white or black, gives the more classic prom arrival, seated together, with the doors opened at the venue.

For smaller groups, the eight-seat white limousine avoids paying for sixteen seats you will not fill. If you are unsure, tell us the number of students and the school, and we will recommend one rather than push the largest vehicle.

### Under-eighteen bookings and ground rules
Every prom booking is made with a parent or a school organiser as the responsible adult, and we agree the arrangements with them in advance: the pick-up address and time, the venue, the collection time, and what is and is not permitted on board. Parents know exactly what has been agreed, and so does the driver.

That advance agreement is what keeps prom nights straightforward. Nobody is negotiating on the doorstep in front of a group of excited sixteen-year-olds, and the chauffeur's job stays what it should be, driving them there and back safely.

### Photographs, timings and the door drop
The two moments that matter on prom night are the driveway and the venue door. We build the pick-up time to allow for photographs before the group sets off, one parent told us the party bus turned up early specifically so photos could be taken, and we drop at the venue entrance rather than the nearest convenient street.

Where several vehicles are arriving at the same school or hotel, we can coordinate timings with the organiser so groups arrive in sequence instead of six vehicles competing for the same drop-off point at once.

### The journey home
The return leg is the part parents care about and students forget. Book it at the same time as the outbound journey and the vehicle is simply there at the agreed time and place at the end of the prom, taking the group back to the address you have specified.

That removes the two things that go wrong at 11pm: taxis that never come, and lifts arranged on the night by whoever still has phone battery. It also means you know when they will be home.

### Booking timeline for Bristol prom season
Bristol proms cluster into June and July, with most on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday. The practical consequence is that our prom diary fills months ahead. Groups who enquire in the spring term generally get the vehicle they want; groups who enquire in the last few weeks take what is free.

If you are the parent doing the organising, you do not need final names to enquire, the date, the venue, the pick-up postcode and an approximate number are enough for us to check availability and quote.

### Cost and what affects it
Prom transport is priced per booking, based on the date, the vehicle, the distance and whether you need the return leg. Because prom evenings are peak dates, availability drives the choice more than price does, the vehicle you book early is usually the one you would have preferred anyway.

Call 0117 463 3593 between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday to check your school's prom date, or send the details through the contact form and we will come back to you.

In our customers' words
## Prom nights, as described by parents

Can't recommend highly enough! Every time I spoke to Kristian he was happy to help and very professional. On the night the party bus turned up early so photos could be taken and the driver was happy to let the girls use their playlist. Turning up and disembarking at the venue to the Star Wars theme made them the coolest at the event. Thank you for helping to make their Year 11 prom so memorable.Bekki Garland

They took my daughter and her friends to her prom on Saturday. Very friendly driver, party bus on time. They loved the lights, music and plenty of room for dancing in the back. Would hire again xClare Barton

Had the party bus for my daughter's 21st. Excellent service, will do again.Lisa Wall

Common questions
## School prom transport in Bristol, answered
How much does prom transport in Bristol cost?We quote per booking based on the prom date, the vehicle, the distance and whether you want the return journey. Send us those details and you will get one clear price.

How many students can travel together?Up to sixteen in our party buses and in the pink, white and black stretch limousines. For smaller groups we run an eight-seat white limousine.

When should we book for prom season? As early as the prom date is announced. Bristol proms concentrate into June and July, and those evenings fill months ahead.

Who makes the booking, a parent or the students?A parent or the school organiser. We agree the timings, route and ground rules with the responsible adult before the night.

Will the vehicle arrive early enough for photographs?Yes. We build the pick-up time so there is room for photographs on the drive before the group sets off, parents tell us it is one of the best parts of the evening.

Can the students play their own music?Yes. Playlists connect easily and the drivers are happy for the group to run the sound on the way.

Do you collect the group after the prom?Yes, when the return leg is booked. We agree the time and place in advance and the vehicle is waiting, so nobody is arranging lifts at the end of the night.

Do you drop off at the venue entrance?Yes, wherever the venue allows a sixteen-seat vehicle at the door. Our chauffeurs know Bristol's school and hotel venues and where they can pull in.

Can you coordinate several vehicles for one school prom?Yes. Where an organiser is arranging multiple groups we can sequence arrival times so vehicles are not competing for the same drop-off point.

Which schools and areas do you cover? We collect and drop off nationwide, door to door. Give us the pick-up postcode and the prom venue and we will confirm.
