Almost twenty years in the area, and a diary full of repeat bookings from hen parties, proms and 21sts.

- Almost twenty years hiring out party buses and limousines in the area
- Family-run: you speak to the people who run the fleet
- Professional chauffeurs with strong Bristol local knowledge
- Well-maintained vehicles, cleaned before every booking
- Up to 16 passengers in one vehicle

What you are booking
## A moving venue that collects you from the door
Party bus hire means exactly what it sounds like: a sixteen-seat vehicle fitted out for celebrating rather than commuting. Our two buses, the deep red Candy Apple and the sleeker Black & Silver, carry club-style lighting, a sound system loud enough to feel, seating around the sides and floor space to stand up and dance while you travel. A professional chauffeur drives, so nobody in your group has to stay sober, watch the clock or work out parking.

The journey is door to door. We collect from a house, hotel or Airbnb, take you to the venue, and where the booking calls for it we come back for the return leg too. Because the vehicle is yours for the hire period, the timings are built around your evening rather than a timetable, and you can connect your own playlist for the whole trip.

Practically, it replaces four taxis with one booking. That is the real reason most Bristol groups call us: sixteen people arriving at the same door at the same minute, photographed before they set off, walking into the venue as a group rather than trickling in over half an hour.

### Who books this

- Hen parties heading into Bristol city centre for a fixed table time
- Stag dos with a kick-off time they cannot miss
- Birthdays, 18ths and 21sts where the transport is part of the night
- Groups of eight to sixteen who want to stay together
- Organisers who would rather make one call than chase sixteen peopleCheck your date

Leave it too late and
## Most party bus regrets are booking regrets, not night regrets
Party buses are a small, fixed supply. Bristol has a limited number of sixteen-seat party vehicles, and the dates everyone wants are the same dates: summer Saturdays, prom season in June and July, and December. When a group leaves the transport until the last fortnight, the choice is not between two buses and a limo: it is between whatever is still free and splitting up into taxis.

The fallback costs more than people expect. Four taxis across the city, then four more back, usually beats the per-head cost of a party bus while delivering a worse night: the group arrives in pieces, someone waits outside alone, the first round is drunk before the last car arrives, and the pre-drinks momentum is gone. On the way home, surge pricing and a queue in the rank finish the job.

### Booking the venue but not the transport
The table is held for 8pm; the vehicles that could get sixteen people there for 8pm are gone. Lock the transport in as soon as the date is fixed.

### Guessing the head count
Numbers that creep from twelve to eighteen after booking mean someone travels separately. Give us your realistic maximum and we will advise on the right vehicle.

### Ignoring the drop-off reality
Not every venue or narrow city street takes a sixteen-seat vehicle. We tell you where we can actually pull in, before the night rather than on it.

Our process
## How a party bus booking runs, start to finish

- 01
### Enquiry
Call or message with the date, group size, pick-up postcode and where you are heading. Two minutes is usually enough.

- 02
### Availability check
We check the diary against your date and timings, and tell you honestly which bus is free rather than which we would like to sell.

- 03
### Quote and confirmation
You get one clear all-in price for the hire period, with the pick-up time and route agreed and the vehicle held for you.

- 04
### On the day
Your chauffeur arrives in good time, often early enough for photos, gets everyone aboard safely and drives the agreed route.

- 05
### Return and follow-up
Where a return leg is booked, we are waiting at the agreed time and place. Repeat bookings keep the same vehicle where it is free.

What you get
## Why a party bus beats every other way of moving sixteen people

### The night starts earlier
Sound, lighting and standing room mean the first hour of the celebration happens on the way in, not in a queue for a taxi.

### Nobody gets left behind
One vehicle, one departure, one arrival. No stragglers, no split groups and no lost phone in someone else's cab.

### Nobody has to drive
A professional chauffeur removes the designated-driver problem completely, which matters most on the journeys people otherwise risk.

### One price, agreed up front
You know the cost of the hire before you commit, instead of splitting unpredictable fares and surge pricing across the group.

### Your music, your route
Guests connect their own playlists and we build the route around your timings, including pre-arranged photo stops at the pick-up.

### Local knowledge that shows
Our chauffeurs know Bristol's venues, drop-off points and where a sixteen-seat vehicle can legally and safely wait.

In detail
## Party bus hire in Bristol, in detail

### The Candy Apple Party Bus – 16 seats
The Candy Apple is our deep red sixteen-seat party bus and the vehicle most groups picture when they ring up. Inside, the seating runs around the sides to leave a clear centre aisle, which is what turns a journey into a party: people face each other, drinks and photos pass around, and there is room to stand and dance. Club-style lighting runs through the ceiling and walls, and the sound system takes your own playlist.

Because the exterior is a genuinely bright red, it also does a job before anyone gets on. Groups regularly tell us the arrival photos outside the house are among the best of the night, and for proms and 21sts that first impression is half the reason for booking. One customer described hiring the red party bus for a trip into Bristol and still buzzing about it afterwards: that is the reaction the vehicle is built for.

### The Black & Silver Party Bus – 16 seats
The Black & Silver carries the same sixteen passengers, the same lighting and sound, and the same standing room, in a more understated black and silver finish. Groups tend to choose it when the occasion is a little more grown-up, a milestone birthday, a corporate night out, a wedding-party transfer, or simply when they prefer the look in photographs.

Functionally the two buses are interchangeable, so if your date is tight the sensible approach is to tell us which you would prefer and let us confirm which is free. We will not pretend a vehicle is available when it is not.

### What happens on board
Passengers bring their own music, and that is genuinely the most-used feature: one customer's Year 11 prom group arrived and disembarked to the Star Wars theme, which is the sort of detail nobody forgets. Playlists connect quickly and the driver is happy for the group to run the sound for the journey.

Lighting is set for the occasion rather than left on one setting, and the interior is cleaned before it reaches you. If the booking is for under-eighteens, such as a prom, we agree the rules with the parent or school organiser in advance so everyone knows where they stand before the vehicle arrives.

### Journeys we cover most often
The single most common booking is a hen party moving from an Airbnb or hotel into central Bristol, then back at an agreed time. Second is prom season: a house pick-up, photographs on the drive, a drop at the school or hotel door and, frequently, a collection afterwards. Third is birthdays, especially 18ths and 21sts, where the bus itself is the present.

We also run stag dos, race days, works Christmas parties, festival and stadium runs, and airport transfers for larger groups. Journeys are not limited to the city boundary, if either end of the trip sits outside Bristol, send both postcodes and we will confirm whether we can cover it before you commit to anything.

### Group size: sixteen seats, eight-seat alternative
Both party buses seat up to sixteen. If your group is smaller than eight, a party bus can feel empty and a stretch limousine often suits better, we run an eight-seat white limousine for exactly that situation, as well as sixteen-seat limousines in pink, white and black.

The honest guidance is to book on your realistic number, not your optimistic one. Twelve confirmed people who all turn up have a better night on a sixteen-seat bus than eighteen who need a second vehicle arranged at the last minute.

### Pricing, timings and how to get a straight answer
Party bus hire is quoted per booking, because the price genuinely depends on the date, the day of the week, the hire duration, the distance and which vehicle you take. Publishing a single figure would mislead most of the people reading it, so instead we quote on your actual details and the number we give you is the number.

To get that quote quickly, have four things ready: the date, the pick-up postcode, the destination, and roughly how long you need the vehicle. Call 0117 463 3593 between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and we can check the diary while you are on the line, or send the same details through the contact form and we will come back to you.

In our customers' words
## Party bus bookings, reviewed by the people who made them

The Limo People were fantastic from the start. Had the party bus for my fiancée's hen party. Kristian the driver was very helpful, made sure he was on time and made sure everyone was safe and comfortable before they left. The trip was very comfortable and fun. Will definitely be using them again for our wedding night. Thanks guys.John Totten

I hired a party bus for a hen party. It was fantastic. Both drivers were super friendly and helpful. It was perfect and everyone had so much fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again!Jade High Dive

Can't fault this company at all! Used them many times now for birthday celebrations and never let us down. Arrived on time, the driver has always been lovely and chatty, a really good experience. Friends and family have grown to love it as well and choose to do this every time for an occasion. Our favourite is definitely the party bus.Sabree Welch

I recently hired the red party bus for a trip to Bristol with a group of friends, and I'm still buzzing from the experience. If you're looking to make any occasion unforgettable, this is definitely the way to go.Jacob Bowen

Common questions
## Party bus hire in Bristol, answered
How much does party bus hire in Bristol cost?We quote per booking rather than publish a fixed rate, because the price depends on the date, the day of the week, how long you need the vehicle and how far you are travelling. Send us those details and you will get one clear all-in figure with no hidden extras.

How many people fit on your party buses? Both the Candy Apple and the Black & Silver seat up to sixteen passengers. For smaller groups we also run an eight-seat white limousine, and sixteen-seat limousines in pink, white and black.

How far in advance should I book a party bus?As early as your date is fixed. Summer Saturdays, prom season and December weekends are the first to go, so booking weeks or months ahead gives you a choice of vehicle. If your date is close, call 0117 463 3593 and we will tell you straight away what is still free.

Can we play our own music on board?Yes, and most groups do. The buses have their own sound system and lighting, and passengers connect their own playlists for the journey.

How long does a typical party bus hire last?It is built around your evening rather than a fixed slot. Some bookings are a single one-way transfer to a venue; most are a drop-off plus a return collection at an agreed time. Tell us your timings and we will price the hire period you actually need.

Do you collect us afterwards as well?Yes, if you book the return leg. We agree the pick-up time and place when you book, and the vehicle is there waiting at that time rather than being something you have to arrange at the end of the night.

Where can you collect and drop off?We collect and drop off nationwide. Send us the pick-up and destination postcodes and we will confirm the timings and price before you commit.

Are the drivers professional chauffeurs?Every journey is driven by a professional chauffeur with strong local knowledge, in a well-maintained vehicle, and they arrive in good time so nobody is stood waiting.

Can we book a party bus for under-eighteens, such as a prom?Yes. Prom work is one of the things we do most, and we agree the arrangements with the parent or organiser in advance, including the pick-up, the drop-off at the door and the collection afterwards.

What if our numbers change after booking?Tell us as soon as you know. Within sixteen seats it is usually straightforward; if the group grows beyond that we will look at what else is available for the same date, which is far easier weeks out than days out.
